Hi I’m Jesse! I’m a Personal Trainer and Powerlifting coach serving Boston and the surrounding areas for the past 13 Years. I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Biomechanics. I have developed a seasoned model of training that integrates diverse practical experience with evidence-based methods. I have helped my clients collectively gain thousands of pounds of strength while burning hundreds of pounds of fat. Your injuries and painful issues will be in experienced hands.
